  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Personal care or hygiene products after opening
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in the following situations:

  • The wrong product was delivered and a replacement is unavailable.
  • The product is confirmed to be damaged or defective after inspection.
  • A prepaid order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method or bank transfer.

4. Exchange Policy

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement after verifying the issue.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), PakBrandBazar will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the customer requests a return for personal reasons (such as changing their mind or ordering the wrong item), return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Reason for the return or exchange
